Shipping & Delivery

Acoustic panels are shipped in protective boxes, with up to 5 panels per box. Shipping is $150+GST per box. Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping Australia-wide. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery to most metro areas. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

All orders are processed and shipped by Footprint Creative from our Perth warehouse. Interstate freight is via TNT or StarTrack.

Samples are shipped via Australia Post. Contact us to arrange samples for your project. Samples let you see and feel the panel finish, check colour accuracy and assess the material before committing to a full order.

Perth customers can collect orders from our Balcatta showroom at no additional shipping cost. Same-day pickup is available for in-stock items. Pickup is available during showroom hours:

We deliver to all Australian states and territories via TNT and StarTrack. Interstate deliveries typically take 5-7 business days from dispatch. Panels are securely packaged in boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Orders over $500 (ex GST) qualify for free shipping Australia-wide. This is applied automatically at checkout. For orders under $500, shipping is $150+GST per box.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim has been resolved, as the freight carrier may need to inspect it.
